The event attracted over 500 participants for two days of presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities focused on advancing women in leadership roles.
A featured session included a panel discussion titled "C-Suite Skills that Matter Most," where industry leaders shared their experiences and advice for navigating the evolving corporate landscape. Panelists were Paula Fereirra, Assistant Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars; Kiran Handa Gaudioso, CEO of United Way of Northern New Jersey and President of United For ALICE; Aiysha Johnson, CEO and Executive Director of the New Jersey Society of CPAs; Lori Roth, Global Managing Partner at Prager Metis; Veronica Antillano Vivas, General Manager of Customer Fulfillment at Amazon; and Catherine Frugé Starghill, Esq., Vice President at the New Jersey Council of County Colleges and Executive Director of the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development.
The forum has been held annually since 2015 to support women’s professional growth and increase diversity in executive positions. Attendees had access to TED-style talks, breakout sessions led by experts, and various opportunities to connect with peers across industries.
