NJRA announces workshop on digital marketing for small businesses

The New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (NJRA) has announced the Small Business 101: Digital Marketing/Advertising Resources to Build Your Business workshop, aimed at equipping small business owners with crucial digital marketing and advertising skills. The interactive session is scheduled for August 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

This two-part training session aims to provide small business owners with the knowledge and tools needed to utilize digital marketing and advertising platforms effectively. The first part focuses on marketing fundamentals, including crafting a unique positioning statement and developing a brand story. Attendees will learn to articulate their business's unique value proposition and create a compelling brand narrative while maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.

The second part of the workshop covers creating compelling content and using digital marketing tools. It emphasizes basic search engine optimization (SEO), leveraging social media, and exploring email marketing fundamentals. Participants will learn to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, generates leads, and fosters business growth.
