Women in tech conference focuses on AI evolution

SheTek, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting women in technology, is organizing a two-day conference centered around artificial intelligence (AI). The event aims to provide women at various stages of their careers with essential knowledge, skills, and professional connections.

The conference, titled "AI Evolution: Empowering Women AI," will begin on Wednesday, January 29. It will start with an in-person networking event at Muller’s Pub located at Rider University. The following day, Thursday, January 30, will feature virtual sessions from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including workshops on skill-building and discussions about AI ethics.

Among the speakers scheduled for January 30 are Chitra Dorai, Ph.D., founder and CEO of Amicus Brain; Michele Siekerka, president & CEO of NJBIA; Chaya Pamula, founder of SheTek and co-founder and CEO of PamTen; Chrysti Reichert from Bausch and Lomb; and Anusha Kakani from First Light Legal.
