Ray Cantor, Deputy Chief Government Affairs Officer of NJBIA, will appear on "Minding Your Business" this weekend to discuss the new land use rules proposed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. These rules aim to address sea level rise but are expected to increase costs for homeowners and businesses, delay permitting processes, and hinder urban redevelopment.
Rachael Fredericks, Director of Energy Services at PSE&G, will also be featured on the show. She will talk about various energy efficiency programs offered by PSE&G that help businesses reduce costs and benefit the environment.
"Minding Your Business," a weekly TV show from NJBIA, has won seven Telly Awards in the past three years, including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show. The program airs on News 12+ every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m., with an additional broadcast at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
