Rizco celebrates 25th anniversary with new logo unveiling

Rizco, a woman-owned marketing agency based in New Jersey, is marking its 25th anniversary with the unveiling of a new logo. The design draws inspiration from the letter "R" in Rizco's name and reflects the agency's minimalist philosophy. "Every decision, partnership and challenge over the years has shaped Rizco’s journey and set the foundation for the next chapter," stated the company.

Founded by Debra and Keith Rizzi in New York City in 2000 as Rizco Design & Communications, the agency has maintained its mission to elevate businesses through creative marketing and design strategies. Notable achievements include launching Hanes' "Go Tagless" Tee campaign with Weber Shandwick and pioneering sustainability initiatives like the Beleaf Sustainability Program.

In 2007, Debra and Keith were recognized by Graphic Design USA on their People to Watch List for their contributions to design and branding. As Rizco expanded, it relocated to New Jersey, rebranded itself as a brand-led marketing agency, and received several accolades such as Best in Show awards and NJBIZ Top 40 Under 40 recognition.

Rizco is also known for its community involvement through campaigns like One Change Now and support for nonprofits including Thea’s Star of Hope. The agency continues to evolve with initiatives like MOVEment (Mindfulness, Opportunity, Vibrancy, Encouragement), reflecting its commitment to people-first branding.

Debra Rizzi, president & partner at Rizco, remarked on her experience: “As I reflect on 25 years at Rizco, the greatest challenge — and reward — has been evolving with technology and witnessing how branding and marketing truly impact lives.” She emphasized that Rizco's work extends beyond strategy to making a difference: “The strength of our company lies in our people... That’s what continues to drive us forward.”

Keith Rizzi added that strategic thinking remains central to their approach: “Celebrating 25 years of creativity... we honor the brands we champion.” He highlighted appreciation for past achievements while looking forward to future endeavors.
