Linfante is recognized for his skills in evaluating complex properties including development sites, institutional facilities, special-purpose properties, full-service hotels, marine terminals, and research laboratories. He is known for handling complex litigation and corporate matters and serves as a consultant for corporate clients and municipalities in northern New Jersey. His advisory roles have included real estate taxes, lease negotiations, and Brownfield Redevelopment projects.
In recent years, Linfante has focused on urban revitalization and redevelopment. He acts as a financial advisor to developers and municipalities by conducting fiscal impact studies and negotiating Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreements. Additionally, he contributes to academic circles as an instructor at the Appraisal Institute and Rutgers University while also lecturing at the Wharton School of Business.
