New Jobs PAC announces candidate endorsements for NJ state assembly primaries

The New Jersey Organization for a Better State (NEW JOBS) PAC has announced its endorsements for the 2025 State Assembly primary races. As a prominent political voice for business interests in New Jersey, NEW JOBS PAC is committed to fostering a pro-business climate by supporting legislative candidates who prioritize economic growth and private-sector job creation.

This year marks the first occasion where NEW JOBS is endorsing multiple candidates in the state's primary races. This decision comes amid an increased number of challenges faced by incumbents and changes in ballot design. Tony Bawidamann, Chair of NEW JOBS, stated, “NEW JOBS is pleased to back this slate of candidates for this year’s Assembly primary, which is an important first step to more pro-business policies in Trenton.”

Bawidamann also expressed gratitude towards the endorsed incumbent legislators for their participation in the interview process and their dedication to enhancing New Jersey's economic viability and competitiveness.

It is important to note that endorsements made by NEW JOBS are independent and do not reflect endorsements from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) or any other business entities. While many organizations like NJBIA are affiliated with NEW JOBS PAC, it operates as a separate entity governed by its board of trustees.
