At the 2025 New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, a panel of four male executives discussed how men in leadership roles can support and promote women’s advancement in the workplace. The discussion was moderated by Lori Roth, Global Managing Partner at Prager Metis.
The panel featured James W. Horne, Jr., President and CEO of Junior Achievement of New Jersey; Clifford F. Lindholm, III, President & CEO at Falstrom Company; David Pearlmutter, Vice President and Chief Product Officer of the Direct Group at Plymouth Rock Assurance; and Rick T. Thigpen, Senior Vice President for Corporate Citizenship at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG).
Panelists shared their experiences from different industries and spoke about their commitment to mentoring women so they can reach executive and board-level positions. According to the event description, their efforts are aimed “to be the change we want to see.”
The New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) 11th Annual Women Business Leaders Forum took place on September 17-18 in Somerset. The two-day event brought together more than 550 participants for TED-style talks, breakout sessions led by experts, and networking opportunities. Since its start in 2015, the forum has focused on helping women build successful careers and increase diversity in executive roles.
