In an effort to improve environmental policy in New Jersey, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) has released a new video as part of its Blueprint Minute series. The video features Ray Cantor, NJBIA Deputy Chief Government Affairs Officer, who outlines strategies aimed at enhancing the state's environmental policies.
The Blueprint Minute series is based on NJBIA’s "Blueprint for a Competitive New Jersey," a 28-page policy document designed to guide gubernatorial candidates on fostering innovation and economic growth in the state. The series offers concise summaries of each chapter from the blueprint and encourages members of the business community and other stakeholders to review the approaches taken by both major gubernatorial candidates.
According to NJBIA, "To bring about more informed voting for the business community, NJBIA has released a short video series highlighting its Blueprint for a Competitive New Jersey, a 28-page policy document that offers New Jersey’s gubernatorial candidates a roadmap to drive innovation and prosperity."
The organization also invites viewers to compare the environmental policies of Democratic candidate Mikie Sherrill and Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli through dedicated online resources.
The initiative aims to help voters make more informed decisions by providing accessible information about where each candidate stands on key issues affecting businesses in New Jersey.
